Пятнадцать лет назад в структуре ракетно-космической отрасли был создан Центр эксплуатации наземной космической инфраструктуры. Сегодня ЦЭНКИ часто называют «зеркальным отражением космоса на Земле». Под эгидой Центра объединены десятки предприятий и КБ, работающих на российский космос.
TsENKI — Ground-Based Space.
Fifteen years ago was created the Centre for Ground-Based Space Infrastructure within the structure of the rocket-space industry. Nowadays TsENKI is often called a mirror image of space on earth. Under the sign of the Centre are united tens of enterprises and design offices labouring for the good of Russian space.
TsENKI — l’Espace sur la Terre.
Il y a quinze ans a été créé le Centre d’Exploitation de l’Infrastructure Spatiale Terrestre en cadre de la branche spatiale nationale. Ce jour-là on appelle souvent le TsENKI la réflexion spéculaire de l’espace sur la Terre. Sous l’egide du Centre sont réunies les dizaines des entreprises et bureaux d’études travaillants pour le bénéfice de l’espace russe.
