A rare recording from 1999 featuring Joan Osborne and Randy Scruggs and a track from the movie ‘Happy Texas’ which I recall seeing and enjoying. But it was the voice of Joan Osborne that led me to buy the soundtrack album and this track has aged really well. To illustrate it i have ‘borrowed’ some great footage of a Graffiti highway in the town of Centralia in Pennsylvania.
I love the theme and mood of this country/rock recording and it resonated with me 20 years ago, and more and more, does so today!
