Are you a flour or corn tortilla kind of person? I like both, but you know what is also amazing? A tortilla made of CHEESE! I’ve got to give shouts to my friends over at La Bonitas in Palm Spring, California for this idea. My wife and I went there for lunch a few weeks ago, and when they told us about their cheesy tortilla tacos we had to try them. They were incredible!
